About the Role:
Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Terrie Greene as a Licensed Customer Service Agent in Mesa, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to help clients protect what matters most with top-notch service and support in a dynamic insurance environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage based on their needs.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Educate clients about policy features and benefits to enhance their understanding.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales leads.
Requirements:
  • Valid Arizona insurance license (Property & Casualty) required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using technology and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Compensation: $43,680.00 - $65,000.00 per year
